MTC Bookkeeping, Inc. started business in 1996 and incorporated in 2000.
MTC Bookkeeping Inc.'s owner is a disabled veteran with 41 years bookkeeping and 31 years tax accounting experience.
If you're behind on your accounting by months or years, I can have your financial statements caught up quickly. I normally can do one year of bookkeeping in a week. (Exceptions apply for multiple bank accounts).
I offer big business bookkeeping knowledge at small business bookkeeping rates. I am available in the entire South Jersey area and from Philadelphia to Allentown, PA. I also offer tax accounting services.
My rate is commensurate to my experience. I pride myself on giving more results per hour, taking less time by streamlining your accounting process. My efforts will save your company money that can be used for increased production or increasing company profits.
I have 31 years experience using QuickBooks. I have been working as a professional bookkeeper and tax accountant since 1993, preparing corporate and partnership returns. I also prepare payroll in-house.
My highest priority is making sure your accounting data accurately quantifies the efforts of your business. Records I maintain will help your business be more proactive than reactive.
I am currently available seven days a week between the hours of 7 AM to 10 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDE:
Prepare tax returns for individuals corporations and their subsidiaries, partnerships, Subchapter S, QSS and small estates.
Prepare inheritance, multiple state income, and gift tax returns.
Prepare nonprofit returns and CRI reporting on DCA portal.
Perform duties related to IOLTA accounting. Ensure clients meet Rules of Court Standards.
Assist in certified, compliance, municipal and school audits including preparation of Audsums.
Perform bookkeeping, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and controller functions.
Prepare GL through financial statements, AR, AP, and payroll.
Invoicing both AR and AP along with receiving deposits and recording payments
Record payroll from ADP, Paychex, and USA. Prepare in house payroll using Intuit Online
Maintain inventory records by raw material, WIP, and finished goods for manufacturers.
Act as the liaison between your business and your CPA firm and third parties.
Prepare records for audits by third parties and have attended tax audits with clients
Represent clients who are creditors at bankruptcy meetings
Taught bookkeeping at vocational schools for 5 years
